Associated Surgeons Chooses IMSI

Associated Surgeons, a group of 5 regionally recognized surgeons serving the greater Norristown, Pennsylvania area and part of the Mercy Health System, has selected imsiRESULTS, the IMSI web-based reporting system . Associated Surgeons needed an uncomplicated way to manage patient data and a straightforward way to generate results. They also wanted to simplify communication with their growing number of referring physicians.

With the imsiRESULTS system, Associated Surgeons is able to access patient data online from anywhere. Each physician in the practice views only his patients scheduled for that day. After visiting with the patient, voice recognition is used by each physician to generate results. At the click of a mouse, office notes, chart notes, formatted letters, and faxes are automatically generated for the referring physician(s).

imsiRESULTS was optimized for Associated Surgeons with the help of the physicians. They knew exactly what information and components they needed available, and IMSI knew how to provide it. IMSI interfaced the imsiResults system into the existing PMS (Practice Management System) at Associated Surgeons, creating a seamless, worklist-based environment specific for each user.
